CEDARBROOK’S TOP 10 LIST
Below is a list of rules that are intended to help ALL of our guests enjoy their stay, they
also ensure the safety, security, and beauty of our campground. Violation of any of these
rules will result in immediate eviction from our park, no refunds.
1. Slow Down! Speed limit is 5MPH.
*This includes bikes, scooters, & skateboards too!
2. Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am. Strictly enforced! Late night partiers need not apply!
*Rule of thumb: If your neighbors can hear it, it’s too loud.
*Parties, pets, radios, T.V.’s, outdoor movie projectors, loud voices, or any other late night disturbance will
not be tolerated.
*Please report disturbances while they are occurring. We can be reached on our night time emergency line:

3. ALL VISITORS must stop at our office to register and obtain a visitor’s car pass first!
*Visiting Hours are 9am-10pm. If your visitor would like to stay later, they may pay the additional
overnight guest fee and receive an overnight guest car pass.(Additional vehicle fees will apply)
*Anyone found in the park without a car pass will be asked to leave immediately.
4. Do not park in the grass!
*All vehicles must be parked on the gravel at your site or in a designated parking lot.
*EXCEPTION: Many tent sites do not have gravel parking so you will be instructed to park on the grass.
5. A Sewer Adapter must be used anytime you are connected to our sewer system!
*Never put your sewer hose directly into the sewer hookup. You MUST use a sewer adapter.
*A sewer adapter is intended to seal the connection and prevents your hose from being put in too far.
*Not using a sewer adapter will allow nasty sewer gases to be released. In many cases your sewer hose will
block the lines and cause a sewer back up. This can lead to a raw sewage spill at your campsite!
6. Children must be supervised at all times!
*Anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult inside the pool fence with them at all times!
*An adult should always be with children after quiet hours begin.
*Remember, the playground closes at 10pm.
7. Bikes, Scooters, & Skateboards
*No riding on sidewalks or on the bridge, the loop around the office is one way only!
*Obey the speed limit, excessive speed and dangerous riding will not be tolerated.
*Gas powered scooters, mini bikes, & ATV’s are not permitted.
*No Riding after dark!
8. PETS must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES and you must pick up after them!
*Never leave your pets unattended in the park.
*Do not allow your pets to annoy other guests.
*No pets allowed in the pool area or tied to fence.
*We do not allow Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Chows, or other vicious breeds. Also, no wild or exotic animals are permitted.
*If your dog doesn’t get along well with others, please do not bring them.
*A fenced pet area is provided for you to allow your dogs off their leash. (The Puppy Playground)
*If your pets are disruptive you will be asked to find other accommodations.
9. Fire Rings should never be moved from their original location.
*The fire ring is not a garbage can, never burn garbage, only burn wood or charcoal.
*No treated lumber, wooden pallets, or any wood with nails or staples.
10. Help us maintain a safe family atmosphere.
*Weapons, illegal drug use, public intoxication, fighting, vandalism, vulgar language, & vulgar music is not tolerated.
*No fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, poppers, or smoke bombs of any kind are permitted.
*Alcohol is permitted, but please keep it at your campsite.
*Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings or restrooms. It stinks and it’s against the law!
